If it's your first class at The Grove, plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early. Your instructor will help you set your bike — seat height, handlebar position, and pedal cages or clips — so you're comfortable before the music starts. What to bring:
A typical class runs about 45 minutes and finishes with a cool-down and stretch.
