Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or building a long-term practice, our classes are designed to help you move with intention — without the pressure to look a certain way, perform a certain pose, or already know the language.

Weekly yoga schedule

If it's your first class at The Grove, plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in before practice begins. Mats and props (blocks, straps, bolsters) are available to borrow if you don't have your own. What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in
  • Water
  • A mat, if you have one — otherwise we'll set you up


A typical class runs about 60 minutes and closes with a few quiet minutes of rest.
